MPlayer: MPlayer: Homepage for MPLayer is http://www.mplayerhq.hu/ NOTE ---- MPlayer-1.0rc1-i486-2 has 'illegal' dvdcss code ripped out, so I could upload it to slackware.com. Result is that this binary package can not play encrypted DVD's all by itself! You will need to install libdvdcss additionally for that. This MPlayer package depends on the libdvdread package. PS you can rebuild the MPLayer package *with* support for encrypted DVD playback easily, by running the build script as: REMOVECSS=no ./MPlayer.SlackBuild When doing so, the resulting binary MPlayer package has no longer a dependency on libdvdread - this functionality is then covered by MPlayer-internal code.
