vlc: Updated to 0.8.6i - remember to rebuild the package if you want your VLC
  to support MP3, AAC and AMR encoding (this uses patented software which I am
  not allowed to re-distribute... just run 'sh vlc.SlackBuild' to download
  missing sources and create a new package)

truecrypt: updated to v5.1a. Since v5.0, the program is GUI based (although
  you can run text mode using 'truecrypt -t'. The wxWidgets GUI library is
  statically linked so there are no external dependencies (actually for the
  Slackware 12.0 package there is one, see below). Also, v5.0 and onwards no
  longer depend on a specific kernel version, because truecrypt uses fuse now.
  For the Slackware 12.0 package, that means you will have to install the
  'fuse' package, also available in this repository.

vlc: added upnp client support, updated the x264/live555 snapshots and libcdio
  version to the latest, and re-added AMR audio codec support (only available
  when you rebuild the package since this is patented software which I cannot
  redistribute). If you want to use the latest x264 codec, you need to have
  yasm installed. If yasm is not present, the script will fall back to the
  older (useable) version of x264.

yasm: Added v0.7.1 - yasm is a complete rewrite of the NASM assembler under
  the BDS license. You'll need yasm if you want to compile recent snapshots of
  the X264 codec library successfully.

vlc: fixed the broken support for the DTS audio codec (libdca).
   Remember that my Slackware packages for VLC are built without support for
  codecs/libraries that have patent issues (think of MP3, AAC). If you want
  all that, download the sources and run "./vlc.SlackBuild" to create a
  package that can create MP3 or AAC sound (note that playing MP3 audio is
  still possible with my package).
