I was playing with hypermail last night. I don't think it does searching
of mailing lists, but it does convert them into a big threaded html
page that you can look through. Of course, I could whip out a PHP page
to do the searching in about 15 minutes, so perhaps I'll work on that
later.
So to answer your question, I've started to look at that and I'll get
something up in the next few days.
