Good News..
I made a non-alpha specific 2.40 kernel with the
default settings.. only adding support for my scsi
card.. and it worked.. no errors! YEAH!..
Now I have to find what changed so that I can perhaps
find a patch for the 2.2.x kernels.
Previously, when I would try to make a very plain
kernel with no optimizations for the Miata, it would
not work.. so this is good:)
