During my fresh install on my test box, I saw this roll by on the screen
while installing packages from xv1 (irrelevant package description lines
deleted) :
workman-1.3-alpha-1:
cp: /slack/install/doinst.sh: No such file or directory
chmod: /slack/var/log/scripts/workman-1.3-alpha-1: No such file or
directory
xv32_a-3.2pl1.4-alpha-1:
cp: /slack/install/doinst.sh: No such file or directory
chmod: /slack/var/log/scripts/xv32_a-3.2pl1.4-alpha-1: No such file or
directory
xv32exmp-3.2pl1.4-alpha-1:
cp: /slack/install/doinst.sh: No such file or directory
chmod: /slack/var/log/scripts/xv32exmp-3.2pl1.4-alpha-1: No such file or
directory
xvinc32-3.2pl1.4-alpha-1:
cp: /slack/install/doinst.sh: No such file or directory
chmod: /slack/var/log/scripts/xvinc32-3.2pl1.4-alpha-1: No such file or
directory
I checked the files, and as indicated above, no doinst.sh files exist in
any of the packages. Even if none are needed wouldn't it maybe be a good
idear to just put a dummy file in there to squash the ”error” messages?
