Hi Chris,

Sounds good! I'm excited to see all of the changes below underway. I have not
played with the official 2.2.18 kernel yet, I've been pretty busy.. my servers
at work have been misbehaving. However, I do plan on playing with it tonight..
so I'll let you know if a generic kernel works out.
