Done. It's been called "miata.s", and the readme file for the kernels
directory explains what machines it has been found to work on.

I've symlinked things where appropriate. I believe that when I make the
cd image, it'll dereference those symlinks into their correct files. So
all appears to be well.

Coolness. I'll spend a little time thinking about the proper place for
that stuff to go and merge it in. Extra documentation is always a good
thing.
