Two changes to the setup program today:
- A configuration step that allows you to select your console type.
Either regular monitor/keyboard or serial. Proper /etc/inittab and
/etc/securetty files are created depending on what you select.
- SunOS partition scan. This steps finds SunOS partitions and gives
you the opportunity to set up mount points for them.
The serial.gz boot image has another change:
- All /dev/tty4 redirections were changed to /dev/null. These were
mainly for debugging purposes, so on serial.gz you just won't get these
messages.
New ISOs are ready for download. I'm working on 2.2.18 kernels and kernel
packages now, will let everyone know when that's ready.
