I have talked to several people that have been using and working with
Sun Sparc hardware for 10+ years and they assure me that there are NO
32bit (sun4[cdm]) machines that have PCI interfaces.

Do some research and you'll that it's true. I guarantee that you will
not find a 32bit (sun4[cdm]) that has a PCI bus/interface.
