Why don't you just install Slack/sparc and then build... oh wait, it
has PCI support in the kernel. Okay.
I'm not trying to be a blasphemer, but why don't you install another
dist. that supports Sparc (Debian, Suse, etc.) and build a kernel
with PCI support to see if it breaks things. I think I'll try that.
