Donating ;) for Arts' Sake in the Philadelphia and
South Jersey
Region
Shop Through http://www.igive.com/carp/ and
earn us some funds.. it costs you nothing additional, if you're already
shopping online, read the I-Give FAQ for more info.
In addition to this, they've also created a fairly simple system to even
made it possible for you to get a record of your donations for tax
purposes; see their
tax
FAQ for more info.
Save your receipts (and give them to us) from almost any grocery or
other chain store, there are programs that will give us a percentage
of all purchases.
We are looking for one or two good computer systems, and/or
components for our new offices, as our efforts take us far and
wide, older laptops or PDAs may be welcome; contact us with any donations
you may have; we may be able to suggest further locations, organizations,
or people for any additional materials which we are unable to use.
Of course, the major issue is a warehouse-type space. We would most
like to be
able to find a space donated outright, which would provide the best tax
benefits for the donor; however also of interest might be a long-term loan
or, if need be, a rental or lease agreement but only at significantly low
rates. We would prefer something of at least 25,000 square feet, but would
like and could use something significantly larger than that, preferrably
around 100,000 square feet.
High speed Internet access, and/or webhosting at extremely low cost,
or as a donation.
