Assuming you've got a complete mirror of the rsync server stuff, you can
find the config file in:

   /kernels/generic.s/config

Just copy that into the /usr/src/linux directory and rename it to .config
and you should be good to go. Also, it is placed on the installed system
as /boot/config. If you still are unable to locate it, I can mail you
one.
