Well, you can try to build it. But from everything I've heard on this
list or tried out for myself, it looks like Pine 4.30 is just not going to
work properly on older machines. I'm about to break out gcc 2.95.2 on the
test machine and see if that builds it properly.

The one I built on my 21164 doesn't even run on that machine. I don't
know what the problem is, but it stops at the same place as the version
built on the 21264, according to the strace output. Too bad we can't just
back down to the previous version of Pine.
