[slackware-alphadevel] INSTALL document updates

Hi Chris,

I just started a re-install of Slack on my main test box, and as I went
through the INSTALL file once again I noticed that there is still no
mention of the fact that you should create the /var/log/setup and
/var/log/setup/tmp directories on the target partition before installing
packages. That info would fit nicely in right after the lines about
creating /var/log/packages and so on.
Also a notice about having to change the TMP=/var/log/setup/tmp line in
/sbin/installpkg to read TMP=/target/var/log/setup/tmp would be nice.
I pointed this out a while back and you said you'd update it, I guess you
just never got around to it ;-)
It's not a problem to me, but other people that may have to follow the
instructions in that file may get caught by it (well, people on this list
should know what they are doing, but still).

:-)

Best regards,
Jesper Juhl
