Excellent news! I guess that means I'll be moving to 2.2.18 pretty soon,
then. Once you can come up with a satisfactory generic kernel config,
send it this way and I'll merge it on into the tree. It'll be nice to
have kernels booting machines other than the ones I have :)

Also, if you've got any questions as to why we include (or don't include)
certain options, just ask away. I probably don't know all the answers to
that stuff, but I'm sure I can figure something out.

Additionally, please make sure that USB support doesn't break things,
since I'd like to make the USB modules and add them to the modules
package. I've got one machine with USB ports on it, so might as well
build them all...
