Hi Chris,

I've been fooling around with the 2.2.18 kernel and
I've made a generic kernel that boots on my PWS 500au
and my Durango 2 box. I've found that if I enable the
generic IDE support, I run into problems. I think that
the IDE channels done weird.. so linux is confused. In
anycase, I've attached the config file that works for
me. If you make any changes, let me know and I'll try
them out to make sure that they work. I ask that you
try it out as well.

I won't have access to my alphas during christmas,
have to fly out to Denver to visit the parents on
Thursday, so I'll try to test out as much as possible
before I leave. I'll be back on the 1st of January.

Well have a good holiday!
