I just got "broken wind" of the bad news. Of course Slackware has
more going for it than "they" realize.

I started reading the posts on the web forum, and on my slow access
line I could not even keep up with new posts coming in. I would
like to see all of Slackware stay together in whatever solution is
worked out for the future. The PayPal solution has been mentioned
as one approach to keeping things rolling, and I like that idea.

Too bad SEC rules don't allow "insta-IPO" on even a small scale, as
otherwise I am sure there would be hundreds of people wanting to make
their tiny little investment in a new company.
