New dbus packages are available for Slackware 14.0, and -current to fix a 
security issue.


Here are the details from the Slackware 14.0 ChangeLog:

  This update fixes a security issue where misuse of va_list could be used to
  cause a denial of service for system services.
  Vulnerability reported by Alexandru Cornea.
