Hi Chris,

I have been playing with a Suse config file, which
seems to work fine. I have been trying to find what
exactly is different enough not to cause the errors
and then merge the two. I still have some options to
play with, I'm hoping it's either related to the scsi
or the ide options at this point.

I'll have more as the week progresses.
