I've noticed this as well, and it's quite annoying. Interestingly, if you
switch over to another terminal and restart setup, the NFS install will
work fine. So there must be something going wrong on the first try that
gets fixed before the second one.

Excellent. I'll keep that in mind. I've only done full installs. And I
haven't put too much work into the maketag scripts, so they are probably
going to be all sorts of broken. But knowing that other install methods
works is good.

I know a few things that cause that problem. It should be fixed by now,
though. Let me know if it persists.

I'm going to spend next week looking into setting things up on the demo
machine and making it look all shiny. That's not going to be a whole lot
of fun, but it's something that needs to be worked on. I'll have
Slackware logos all around... I've already got a plate logo on the
machine.
